Free & wild with Pauline

Hi, I’m
Pauline!

A lover of wide-open spaces and untamed horizons, life has given me the freedom to follow the call of my soul and my heart.

A guardian of the living world, I spent ten years raising awareness about the environment and the fragile beauty of ancestral cultures, in some of the most remote corners of the globe. In Tanzania, I lived for a year alongside Maasai communities, deep in the bush: a huge reconnection to the earth, to simplicity and to presence.

In 2017, after a life-changing experience in Peru, yoga came into my life. This physical, emotional and meditative practice was a turning point, forever changing the way I see and interact with the world. Much more than simple exercise, yoga is a philosophy, a way of life, a bridge connecting body, heart, mind and Mother Nature.

I am certified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, in India and France. I also spent many years simply being a student all over the world, which introduced me to Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and many other styles. I am trained in Tibetan singing bowls and Reiki, I am currently training in Shiatsu, and I have done a Vipassana: ten days of silent meditation.

An explorer at heart who loves the paths less travelled, I am also a certified safari guide: I invite everyone to look at wildlife with fresh, respectful eyes.
