The Yoga Liberté NGO

Come,let’s help each other.

An NGO supporting local projects and initiatives in France and in Africa, and sharing yoga where it truly does good. With full transparency.

What is the NGO?

Connecting people
& the living world.

Since I was 20, I have always worked to protect our planet. My path has led me to reconnect people with all living beings: through awareness-raising, through ecotourism, and today through yoga, all over the world.

Over the years, I have discovered cultures, ways of life and unique beauty. I have met indigenous communities fighting to help their people move forward while respecting nature and humanity: building schools, launching economic and social projects, organising events that bring people together…

I have always wanted to help, in my own way, some of the communities in Africa and elsewhere with whom I have shared the essence of life. Today, I have decided to take the plunge and create my own association.

My mission is twofold

Giving,
with trust.

  • Supporting local initiatives

Projects I know personally, in France and in Africa, supported with funds raised in full transparency.

  • Sharing yoga everywhere

In hospitals, venues, spaces or events: sometimes to raise funds, sometimes simply to offer a moment of reconnection and well-being.

Because giving should always go hand in hand with trust, and because yoga can bring people together, awaken and inspire.

Let’s change the system. Let’s be transparent. Let’s help those who sincerely want a better world.

    €250 for a school

In 2026, thanks to the sale of yoga bags and tote bags, I was able to raise funds to help renovate a school in Tanzania. A first concrete step… and a lot of pride!

    Yoga and mental health

After teaching classes in a psychiatric clinic, I’m thinking about how to offer workshops all year round in psychiatric centres, where yoga can truly do good.

And to go further, I’m reapplying to university to become a psychologist. It isn’t easy to get in: I tried this year and it didn’t work out… but I’m not giving up!

    Rebuilding bonds

I offer workshops to an association in my home town, to rebuild bonds and connection between residents.

    Yoga in prison

I’m continuing my training to teach yoga in prison. It’s a subject that raises a lot of questions, and one that is very close to my heart: opening up spaces of breath, presence and humanity, even in the most closed-off places.
