Yoga off the beaten track: outdoors, on the road, where you’d least expect it. Free, inclusive and wild.
Much more than a brand
A philosophy of freedom.
Longing to slow down, breathe and come back to yourself? With Yoga Liberté, I invite you to live a unique experience. Outdoor practice, kindness towards your body, inner healing… Here, it’s a return to the essentials, with no pressure: just you and nature.
01
Reconnect with nature
For me, the real magic of yoga is practising it outdoors, in inspiring places. Mountains, forests, desert, savannah, rivers, beaches… Each session is a pause, a moment to recharge in contact with the elements.
02
Honour your body as it is
Every body is unique and deserves to be respected as it is. No perfection, no standard to reach: whatever your age, body type, gender, story or experience, my sessions adapt to you.
03
Awaken your mind, heal your soul
Yoga goes far beyond movement: breathwork, chakra work, kundalini, mantras, meditation. Each session becomes a moment of introspection and inner healing, to find your balance again.
“Liberté” means freedom. The freedom in Yoga Liberté is about removing barriers: physical, social, geographical and mental.
PaulineSo that everyone can reconnect with their body without having to fit a ready-made image.
The story
From Yoga Sauvage to Yoga Liberté.
In the beginning, the project was called Yoga Sauvage. The idea was simple: take yoga out of the studios, buy mats, blocks and straps… and set off to offer sessions at campsites and in natural spaces.
I gave my very first paid class at the Pyrénées Natura campsite in Esparros. Two participants. I had spent six hours preparing it! And that day I said to myself: “OK… maybe I really can do this.”
People opened their doors to me, sometimes believing in me more than I believed in myself. Little by little, the project grew, matured, travelled… and Yoga Sauvage became Yoga Liberté.
The beginnings.
Who is it for?
For you, just as you are.
Beginner or experienced, you’ll be welcomed with kindness. No competition: just the wish to reconnect with yourself and with nature, in a free and soothing setting. I have taught people of every body type, every age and every story, whatever their traumas, people with disabilities, people in clinics… Yoga isn’t reserved for anyone: it’s for everyone.
