Contact form. When you write to me through the contact form, your first name, email and message are sent to Pauline Sarniguet — Yoga Liberté, the sole recipient, for the sole purpose of replying to you. They are kept for no more than three years after our last exchange, then deleted, and are never passed on to third parties.

Pre-registration form. When you pre-register for a journey, the information you enter (surname, first name, email, phone, town, number of travellers, yoga practice, message) is sent to Pauline Sarniguet — Yoga Liberté, the sole recipient, for the sole purpose of contacting you about this journey and organising your participation. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. This data is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange, then deleted. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at bonjour@yogaliberte.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
