Every season I roll out my mat in new places and offer a full schedule of sessions: at sunrise, at sunset, by the water or up on the heights. Here are some of the seasons that shaped Yoga Liberté.
01 · CampingWhere it all beganCampsites in the Pyrenees
I gave my very first class at the Pyrénées Natura campsite in Esparros. Since then, Pyrenees campsites have opened their doors to me every summer: under a bandstand, in a meadow, on a hilltop facing the mountains… A different campsite every day, from Gavarnie to Tarbes.

During my seasons in South Africa, I taught yoga deep in the bush, at Baluleni Safari Lodge: facing the savannah, at sunrise or sunset, open to every body, every age and every story. All equipment was provided.

03 · At the beachFeet in the sandA season at the beach
Some summers I go further afield, for a whole season by the sea, as on the island of Kos, in Greece, in 2026: Sunset Yoga on Lambi beach every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm, plus private yoga and healing sessions (reiki, shiatsu, singing bowls). Yoga at sunrise, meditation facing the waves: the simple life.
