Before we meet

A few questions.
Simply.

I’m a beginner, can I join?

YES! You’re exactly where you need to be 🙂 With me, you can feel safe: I offer you a space to reconnect with your body. All my classes are adapted to each person, according to their body, their story and how they feel that day. There’s no level to reach and no pose to master… the goal is reconnection.

Where do classes take place?

Everywhere and beyond! You can meet me on the other side of the world or right next to my home. I’m based near Tarbes, in the Hautes-Pyrénées (south-west France), where I teach outdoors or at people’s homes. But I also offer classes all over the world, depending on where I am and what I’m running. I’m very attached to the African continent, so you can also find me there for a Yoga Safari if you fancy it 🙂 And with online classes, we can practise together wherever you are.

Do all sessions take place outdoors?

Nature is at the heart of Yoga Liberté, but the one-to-one Tailor-made sessions can also take place at your home or online. Each programme sets out its own setting. And if there’s a storm, I promise I won’t leave us outside! 😄

How can I find out dates and prices?

One-to-one classes start from €20 online and €30 in person, and events (hen and stag parties, weddings, companies) from €250 per half-day. For group classes, retreats and journeys, write to me or call me: I’ll reply with the next dates, the schedule and the price for your request.

Which styles of yoga do you teach?

I trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga in India and France. I also spent many years simply being a student all over the world, which allowed me to discover Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and many other styles. I am trained in Tibetan singing bowls and Reiki, and I am currently training in Shiatsu (a discipline that takes many years to learn, but is so fascinating!). I have also done a Vipassana: ten days of silent meditation.

Each of my classes is unique: we always start by learning to breathe, then, depending on each person, we head towards one style or another. I also love chair yoga and simple meditation.

What does Journey to the Heart of the Wild include?

Thirteen days in South Africa, from Cape Town to Kruger Park, from 17 to 29 November 2027: yoga, safaris and immersion in the wild, for €3,200 per person. The detailed programme is on the journey page.
